Shopping Process:
Payment Method
○ Credit Card Online Payment: Accepts VISA, MASTER, and JCB credit cards from various banks.
○ Payment at Convenience Store: 7-11.
○ ATM Bank Transfer: Provides a unique virtual account number for each order. After payment, there is no need to send back the last 5 digits of the account number.○ Convenience Store Code Payment: Provides a unique virtual account number for each order. Present the code at a convenience store terminal to print the payment receipt and make the payment.
○ PAYPAL (Not available for users within Taiwan).
Delivery methods
|SF Express (Taiwan Orders)|
○ Shipping Fee: NT$100 per order (Free shipping for orders over NT$1500).
○ Delivery within 1-2 business days after shipment.○ In case the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, the buyer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. Please take note!
| 7-Eleven, FamilyMart Pickup (Taiwan Orders)|
○ Shipping Fee: NT$75 per order (Free shipping for orders over NT$1500).
○ Delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment.○ The pickup deadline is within 7 days after the arrival of the goods at the store. Packages not picked up within the specified period will be returned, and the buyer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. Please take note!
▲ When the goods arrive, the convenience store system will automatically send an arrival notification via SMS, and the official website system will also send an arrival email to your registered account!|
SF Express (International Orders)|
○ The delivery time varies depending on the region and route. For detailed information, please contact customer service.
○ If customs duties or additional fees for remote areas are required to be collected by your country upon receiving the package, the buyer will be responsible for paying them.
Note
○ For in-stock items, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays).
○ Pre-order items have an estimated stocking time of approximately 5-10 business days. We will ship your order once the stocking is completed.
○ Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Reminder
○ Once the order status is updated to "Confirmed," it means that the order has been processed for procurement and production. Unfortunately, we are unable to interrupt the process and cancel the order at this stage.
○ If you need to modify any order details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance. (Please note that modifications may not be possible once the order enters the shipping process, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused!)
